We understand many of our customers are busy and there may be times when it is more convenient to get things done on-line. Therefore we provide you, our valuable customer with the option to request service support on-line using our website by filling out the form below. During normal business hours if your need for service is urgent we recommend you contact us by phone so that we can best serve you.

At TMC it’s our goal to respond to our existing customers request for service or technical support by a returned phone call with-in 2 hours during normal business hours.  For customer with down equipment it’s our goal to be on-site for a scheduled service call with-in 8 Business Hours of your initial contact.

NOTE:  In all cases where an on-site service call is requested, our Service Rep will do everything possible to reach you or your delegate by phone prior to coming to your facility. This is important as in many cases we are successful in resolving your problem over the phone, and if not we will gain knowledge that will help us be better prepared to fix your problem when we arrive on-site.
